I offer developmental editing and manuscript evaluations. A developmental edit will be more extensive and cover more elements of your novel than a manuscript evaluation. However, an evaluation is a great way to get started with editing your novel, or to get finishing touches put on if you’ve done some self-editing already!

I currently take payment via PayPal. To secure your spot in my schedule, I’ll ask for a $10 holding fee that will go towards your overall editing price. Once the project is completed, I will send an invoice for the full payment amount.

I never want cost to be an issue when it comes to putting your passion project out into the world. If you are unable to pay my normal rates, contact me to talk about a reduced or even free rate. To keep within my time constraints, I will only be taking two scholarship projects a month, and they will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. I will ask for a $10 fee for all projects to secure your spot on my schedule.

I specialize in adult and young adult fantasy, science fiction, adventure, and historical fiction. If you don’t see your genre here, feel free to contact me anyway! I read widely and would love to work with you. I will not read open-door romances, explicit self-harm, or abuse situations.

All edits will be returned 2-4 weeks from when the manuscript was received. In the rare case that it will take longer, I will reach out to the author.
